WCPN’s four phases of treatment are:

• Assessment
• Treatment
• Treatment evaluation
• Treatment termination

In most cases, treatment duration will not exceed 12 to 16 weeks. Treatment may be extended if an independent, second-opinion review determines the presence of exceptional clinical justification and the paying party approves the extension request.
